Bellamy Garden Homes is a community dedicated to delivering a casual lifestyle without the worry and exterior maintenance of where you're living. The community is a small cluster of only 32 Country French designed garden homes set around a cobblestone loop located minutes from everything on Austin's north side. All of the exterior maintenance from mowing the grass to fixing the roof is included with each package. Each plan has a master bedroom on the first floor and very high quality finishes. This will be a special community, literally a slice of the old country in Central Texas.

Maintaining a home and yard is always a big job. At Bellamy, all the exterior maintenance is included and performed for you. You can go do what you want on the weekends, knowing your home is behind a gated entry and you have 32 neighbors keeping a close eye out! Garden Home buyers tend to be professionals and "nesters" who are well aware of what it means to maintain and develop a great sense of the neighborhood. They truly understand the meaning of "community."

Design:

This is where Bellamy Garden Homes really shines! The Old World French designs are quite unique for Central Texas. More than anything, all of our floor plans are an "open" design with higher than average ceilings allowing tons of natural light inside! All five of the plans feature master bedrooms on the main floor, at least three bedrooms and a two car garage, and "truck friendly" garages. The kitchens feature stainless appliances packages, granite counters, and lots of ceramic touches throughout to satisfy your taste for casual elegance. The most common remark we hear from buyers walking in our front door has always been, "wow!"

Community:

We started with 6.5 acres so conveniently located right off Parmer even we were shocked. We kept every Live Oak we could and implemented them into our site design. The concept was to create a slice of the old world by using Country French facades with thoroughly modern interiors. We then decided to cobblestone the loop and add the old time streetlamps. Having the gated feature was a natural to create a sense of community for the residents. The use of only wrought iron or masonry fencing creates an upscale ambiance as well. More than anything we have been amazed at how convenient the location has become in just a few short years.
